Hassana Investment Company, the investment manager of the General Organization for Social Insurance, announces the appointment of its Board of Directors for a new three-year term.
The Board will comprise:

- Board Member - Mr. Rashed Sharif

- Board Member - Ms. Sarah AlSuhaimi
The newly appointed Board brings together highly qualified Saudi professionals with extensive experience across institutional investment, banking, capital markets, financial sector, risk management, governance and corporate leadership.
The Board will oversee Hassana Investment Company’s strategic direction and support the company as it continues to fulfill its mandate to create sustainable value for the General Organization for Social Insurance and its beneficiaries.
